He is a holder of B.Com in Industrial Management and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Tallam has spent 13 years at African Diatomite Industries Ltd (ADIL), leading key initiatives in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development and ensuring regulatory compliance . His focus on talent development, employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with business objectives has contributed significantly to the growth and success of ADIL.
